With more than 30 years of experience in the development, design, and manufacture of fan clutches, we offer reliable products for commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction equipment, as well as various industrial applications.

The cooling systems developed by Cojali allow efficient fan speed regulation, which optimises fuel consumption and minimises noise emissions. In addition, their design facilitates easy installation and reduced maintenance.

VISCOUS ELECTRONIC CLUTCHES
Fully customisable. We cover transmission torques between 15Nm and 350Nm and a weight of 2kg, a range of electrical operating capacities of 12 or 24 volts and a frequency range of the PWM signal from 1 to 10Hz. We adapt the clutch fixation to the customer requirements.
VISCOUS BI-METALLIC CLUTCHES
We cover a transmission torque from 5 Nm to 180 Nm, with weights that range from 1 kg to 6 kg and with the capabilities to adapt the fixation and specifications of the clutch to the requirements of the customer.
Fan wheels
Wide product range with many fan variants and different technologies, all optimised to reduce noise and power consumption for the best cooling performance. We offer configurations and diameters from 300mm/11.8in up to 1500mm/59.0in.
Quality control
At Cojali, each component is subjected to rigorous quality controls to guarantee its reliability and performance.
100% of the cooling system components manufactured comply with strict verification processes, ensuring that each product meets specifications prior to installation in the vehicle. Clutches are evaluated by an "end of line" test that simulates their operation in different phases, while fans undergo a balancing test to ensure stability and correct system performance.
