The advanced diagnostics tools developed by Cojali enable technicians in the manufacturer's network to deal efficiently with daily challenges of workshop repair.

From reading and clearing fault codes (DTCs) to programming components and running end-of-line (EOL) tests, everything is integrated into a single software platform. This centralised platform provides access to comprehensive and detailed technical vehicle information, ensuring faster, more accurate and reliable diagnostics.

RMI platform

The RMI Platform developed by Cojali integrates seamlessly with diagnostics tools, ensuring interoperability between the RMI portal and vehicle diagnostics routines. Thus, the workshop can access the necessary technical information without interruption, optimising the repair and maintenance processes.

This platform offers a wide catalogue of technical content such as images, diagrams, or guides, together with interactive materials that facilitate their application. In addition to opening new business opportunities and value-added services, it ensures compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/858 on access to repair and maintenance information.

WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT MODULES

e-COMMERCE INTEGRATION

Our solution optimises the identification, management and purchase of spare parts based on the VIN or serial number of the machine, speeding procedures and avoiding errors in the selection of components.

Thanks to its direct integration with diagnostics, it offers immediate access to exact references of each part, eliminating confusion and ensuring that the right information is always available at the right time.
